It is a particularly fun form of training session as the client already has a passion or love for that activity. We specialise in training for Football, Badminton, Tennis and running for 5k, 10k, half and full marathons
We also have huge experience in training and preparing our clients participating in personal and charity challenges such as mountain, jungle or desert hikes, bike rides and global expeditions.
ON-LINE PERSONAL TRAINING
We provide a State-Of-The-Art and fully supported On-Line Personal Training service through various on-line platforms such as Zoom. This method of training has shown a huge increase in popularity not just since the Covid outbreak. It is the most cost effective way to use a Personal Trainer and the most convenient as there is far more flexibility in training times.
